Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on delivery

It consists of paying the order upon receipt of the same, at your own home, with a 3% surcharge and a minimum of € 3 management. (Only for shipments to Spain)

The dietexpress customer will be responsible for this amount in the final price of the purchase.

Wire transfer

Dietexpress.es will only process orders placed by bank transfer once the deposit in our favor of the total indicated has been verified.

Payment by PayPal

You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to identify yourself with your username and password and make the payment.

Stock

All products indicated as "In Stock" are available in stock in our warehouses and ready for shipment.

If due to a lack of stock in our warehouse due to computer or logistical error we could not meet the current order totally or partially, we will contact you through email address or telephone, for confirmation of the same and its subsequent shipment, or to proceed with the refund of the amount and cancellation of the order.

The photos of the products are indicative, the important thing is the name of the requested item, which is what will be sent.

NIF B03293115 that has been duly registered with the Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es). Your personal data will be used only for customer management.

DIETETICA DEL MEDITERRÁNEO S.L. does not sell, transfer, lease, or transmit in any way, information or personal data of its Clients / Users to third parties.  The owner of the data expressly authorizes that their data be transferred for MANAGEMENT OF DATA OF STUDENTS AND PARENTS OR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE.

The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to  DIETETICA DEL MEDITERRÁNEO S.L. are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes in them. The user will be solely responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused to DIETETICA DEL MEDITERRÁNEO S.L. or to any third party due to the completion of the forms.

DIETETICS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN S.L. , has adopted the necessary measures to avoid the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access of personal data, taking into account at all times the state of technology, however, the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable. 

The completion of the forms included in the website, implies the express consent of the User to the inclusion of their personal data in the aforementioned automated file of DIETETICA DEL MEDITERRÁNEO S.L.

Warranty & Returns

Guarantee of durable products. According to the provisions of article 123 of RDL 1/2007, the warranty period of a durable (non-perishable) product is two years from the delivery of said product, being necessary to notify Dietexpress.es within two months of its detection. The guarantee will be applied taking into account the nature of the goods marketed on the website: 1) They conform to the description made by the seller (always taking as reference the name of the product, since the image may vary depending on the manufacturer modifies the format or presentation of the same); 2) Is valid for the use for which it is intended; 3) Present the quality and performance expected in this type of products. Thus, the expenses derived from the replacement or repair of the product will Dietexpress.es assumed.

Right of withdrawal and returns. According to article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the delivery date provided by the transport company. A penalty for exercising your right of withdrawal or waiver is not applicable. To make a return it is necessary to contact us through our email pedidos@dietexpress.es or phone 652 960 719 before any incident that may generate a return of one to several products of your order before the withdrawal period expires. The reason for the return must be indicated (defective or damaged product in transport, wrong product or other unjustified reasons). This way we can indicate the steps to follow to process the return. In case of receiving the product with damage caused during transport, it is important that you take some photographs of the packaging and the damages that support a possible claim before the transport company. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning: The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly; the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery or show signs of having been used: the supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

- Return for defective product: Dietexpress.es will send you a new product once the defective product is received in our facilities, and will assume the shipping costs that originate in the return. In case of refund of the amount, the amount paid at the time of purchase will always be refunded, which may differ from the price of the product at the time of return. In the case of returning the amount, the same payment method used in the purchase by the customer will be used.

- Return for wrong product: In case you receive a wrong product in your order, the error will Dietexpress.es resolved in the shortest possible time. We will send the correct product immediately for the courier company to proceed with the exchange for the wrong product. NOTE: To validate any return, it will be necessary to notify Dietexpress.es in advance. In no case will the refund of the amount be made before receiving and checking the status of the products in our facilities.

- Return of a product for unjustified reasons: You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order and we will indicate the steps to follow to return the product. After receiving and checking the condition of the products in our facilities we will make the payment of the amount corresponding to the price paid for it at the time of purchase (taking into account discounts or coupons used)

Depending on current regulations, returns of food products such as children's jelly beans, food supplements, etc. are not accepted since quality control of them is lost.
